This is what it said and this is the link to Speccy: My Norton didn't like me opening the MiniToolBox but I did anyway! Hope it is OK. Am I likely to still be able to use this? How can I check if my other programmes as well would be compatible if I don't have the icon in my tray that has been mentioned?Įdited by hamluis, 07 July 2015 - 09:27 AM. I use an old 2000 Microsoft Word, Excel and Access programme which I am comfortable with and would like to carry on using. I have tried forums and browsed the internet to try and sort the problem out but have never been Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for 圆4-based Systems (KB976932) (This one always fails) NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for 圆4 (KB2600217) NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for 圆4 (KB2656351) These are the ones it tries to update each day, although I have turned it off to do it automatically and check now every so often for any new updates:

Will I be able to update to Windows 10 or is it likely to tell me I can't because I haven't an up-to-date Windows 7. I can't update Internet Explorer 9 now because it says I don't have Service Pack 1. I have had problems with Windows 7 always trying to update and not being able to update to Service Pack 1 and also updating every day two other updates which it doesn't say has failed but it tries every day to update it again so I assume it must be failing.
